About
What are LABS?
Labs focus on hands-on, practical, group experiences where students apply concepts in real-world scenarios. There will be lots of group discussion and discovery. The groups are community building where people gather to discuss shared interest in order to grow together as people and in community.
What are GROUPS?
Our groups are led by a facilitator but they are not lecture-based — they are all about community. Come expecting real conversation, genuine connection, and a space to do life together with others in the CCC family.
This is an informal group where we'll discuss topics, share practical tips, and explore real-life applications for strengthening our marriages and our parenting. Participants are encouraged to come with questions and topics to bring to the group.
The group alternates topics each week:
Weeks 1 & 3 — Parenting, led by Brian and Susan Pontius
Weeks 2 & 4 — Marriage, led by Mark and Diane McComber
Parenting & Marriage Community Group
Greg and Kendra Beeman will be leading a community group on Wednesday evenings as part of The Midweek Gathering. From 7 to 8 PM, you'll have a chance to check in with one another, discuss the Sunday sermon, and do a little life together in a relaxed, welcoming space.
No sign-up needed — just come.

Bible Lab
The Bible Lab is a group discovery into the meaning of Scripture and how we apply it to our everyday lives. We take it slowly — one chapter a week — digging into the original languages, commentaries, different translations, and word studies together as a group.
We'll be using Bible Hub, a free and user-friendly app that puts Greek, Hebrew, commentaries, and multiple translations all in one place. We'll walk everyone through how to use it, and then open it up for the group to share their discoveries and thoughts together.
Not a tech person? No problem — we'll have concordances, commentaries, and other study books available as well.
Everyone is welcome. Come ready to dig in.
Prophecy Lab
September 16 – October 7 (4 weeks)
New to prophetic ministry? This is a great place to start. Over four weeks we'll introduce you to the basics of prophetic ministry and give you hands-on experience through activation exercises designed to strengthen your prophetic hearing.
Come ready to participate!
